Future Boat Trips and Boating Events:
Labor Day Weekend. Pelican Yacht Club in Ft. Pierce
We plan to stay Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, with a dockside party on Friday night, Dinner at the Yacht Club on Saturday, and for the party animals that are staying over Sunday we will proba-bly do the local Raw Bar Restaurant....
For those of you who want to party hearty but do not have a boat, there are three motels close by: the Dockside Inn is next door, the Sandhurst and the Royal Beach Inn are not far away...
The Pelican Yacht Club has a real nice bar and restaurant, as well as the Crows Nest restaurant above the pool.. We stayed there about three years ago and had a marvelous time.
If you want to go by boat, please RSVP to Thomas F. Collins, Staff Commodore post haste….asap.
The Corinthian Yacht Club is also expected to be there that weekend, so it will be a heck of a good time.
Be aware that slips will fill up quickly.
If you want to go by land and come to the Dinner on Saturday, please advise me by email so that I can have a head count for the restaurant. If you are coming to the dockside party Friday night, bring a covered dish to share.
